I am happy to give some advice and help students “at no money cost”, look for master’s scholarships in Europe. For students who come from Mathematics at Ho Chi Minh University of Education, if you are

• currently in year 3 or year 4,
• rank over 25% of the class,
• want to look for any opportunity to study for a master’s degree in Europe,

don’t hesitate to send me an email.

In Europe, publications were given very little weight in the evaluation for the master level, so do not lack confidence due to the absence of those. I do not guarantee getting the scholarship, but I will try my best to put you in the best preparations: scholarships currently (or future) open for applications, resume, cover letter, etc.

Do not wait until you finish your current program to start thinking about it.
